Het Molletje.eu understands how important privacy is to you, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell, rent or provide your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We will only disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and/or with your explicit consent.

Purchase

We will sell and you will purchase products subject to our terms and conditions of business set out below. The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Het Molletje.eu is a retailer and we do not provide goods for resale. We reserve the right to investigate and cancel any orders that we believe are for this purpose.

We may restrict the maximum quantity of an item that can be ordered per customer. Any attempt to breach these restrictions may result in the suspension of your account.

Price

All prices are quoted in EURO and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

Prices are subject to any changes to the rate or applicability of VAT

All item prices are exclusive of delivery and packaging, unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges are found in our "Shipping" section.

Prices are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply any particular person.

Payment

Het Molletje.eu only charge your payment card when you place your order. To ensure there are sufficient funds to pay for your order your bank reserves the required amount in your account. This is common practice amongst mail order retailers.

If your order request is unsuccessful, your order will not fail if your reservation expires before despatch but it may mean that we have to contact you for an alternative form of payment.

Payment must be made in EURO only by major credit or debit cards as listed, paypal or bank transfer.

Passing of Property

We will retain the property in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by us.

Delivery

Any date or period for delivery will be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil standard delivery orders within 2 working days and named day deliveries on the specified day. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party.

All products are sent by GLS or TNT

You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/delivered.

Acceptance

You will inspect products within a reasonable time after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us that you want to cancel your order or you notify us that the products are faulty. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

Right to Cancel

If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it with no problem! Please email us within 24 hours at info@hetmolletje.eu with your order number. We ship orders very quickly. If your order has already shipped, then it is too late to cancel the order. You will simply need to return the unopened product for a refund. Of course, the shipping fee can not be refunded since we had to pay the shipping company already.

Please not that costs of shipment are at your own costs. Contact us before returning your item at info@hetmolletje.eu. The item must be in a resalable condition and in its original and undamaged packaging. Please post the item, together with the dispatch note to our address. Be aware that we will not refund you the cost of the postage. Please also read

Video games, DVD’s and Videos will only be accepted if the packaging has been unopened and the security seal is still intact.

Faulty Items

In the event of faulty goods, you may return them to us by post or you can contact us to arrange a courier to retrieve them. In either case, you will be refunded the full cost of the item as well as the cost of postage.

Please note that you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in respect of fair wear and tear. Please return the original and complete packaging.
