Shipping & returns

All packages are sent with a trackingnumber via TNT Post. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to the e-mail account that you provided when you placed the order. For international orders, there may be a delay in e-mailing of tracking numbers. We are not responsible for incorrect e-mails on your part. Items marked ‘in stock’ are held by Het Molletje.eu and are usually dispatched within one working day. If an item is marked ‘pre-order’, we will dispatch that item as soon as it arrives in stock. Should your order contain items that are both ‘in stock’ and on ‘pre-order’, we will dispatch both items as they become available. Orders paid with creditcard or paypal are dispatched within one working day. If you opt for a bank transfer, your order is shipped when your payment is credited to us.

Canceling your order


We ship orders very quickly. If your order has already shipped, then it is too late to cancel the order. You will simply need to return the unopened product for a refund. Of course, the shipping fee can not be refunded since we had to pay the shipping company already.

If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it with no problem! Please email us within 24 hours at info@hetmolletje.eu with your order number.


Returning or exchanging your order

If you would like to return a purchase, you may do so within 8 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that costs of shipment are at your own costs. Contact us before returning your item at info@hetmolletje.eu. The item must be in a resalable condition and in its original and undamaged packaging. Please post the item, together with the dispatch note to our address. Be aware that we will not refund you the cost of the postage.
If you are living outside the Netherlands, you cannot exhange your purchased item for another item. We are sorry, this is due to the costs of postage abroad.
